10 times 1 set. 1 set is 10 repetitions.

Rotate the muscle group being worked on and also rotate the exercises.

Important. These should be done with bands. Only use actual weights if you have been told you can and then weight should be small no more than 5kg or 10kg. Check with coach.

The exercises are mainly carried out with band under your feet you should go up quickly and release slowly
